HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN UNIVERSITY JOURNAL OF SCIENCE CONTINUES TO BE INDEXED IN THE ASEAN CITATION INDEX AFTER RE-EVALUATION.

In 2023, the ASEAN Citation Index (ACI) is set to conduct a comprehensive re-evaluation of journals that have been previously approved for inclusion in its system. The outcome of this assessment was publicly disclosed on July 25, 2023, in Bangkok, Thailand. The results revealed that among the 661 journals representing Southeast Asian countries, a total of 405 journals have successfully met the eligibility criteria, while 256 journals were not retained within the ACI.
Notably, Vietnam has achieved a commendable feat, with 20 out of its 26 journals emerging successfully from this rigorous re-evaluation process. This achievement encompasses two journals from the Science Journal of the Open University of Ho Chi Minh City: "HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN UNIVERSITY JOURNAL OF SCIENCE - ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION" (ISSN / E-ISSN: 2734-9314 / 2734-9586) and "HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN UNIVERSITY JOURNAL OF SCIENCE - SOCIAL SCIENCE" (ISSN / E-ISSN: 2734-9357 / 2734-9624).
