HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN UNIVERSITY JOURNAL OF SCIENCE – ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) is a specialized academic journal, that follows a double-blind peer-review process and open access policy. The Journal strives to enhance its integration and connectivity with both national and international data systems; our primary audiences consists of researchers engaged in the fields within the scope of the Journal.

The Journal serves as a platform for the completed scientific research encompassing areas such as Information Technology, Biology, Construction - Architecture - Mechanics. The Journal actively encourages scientists to present research findings employing novel methodologies, technologies, and techniques.
