According to the policy published on the website of HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN UNIVERSITY JOURNAL OF SCIENCE, authors DO NOT have to pay any fees for publishing articles in our 07 specialized journals and proceedings, from submission, plagiarism checking, DOI assignment, to electronic and print publication, including the journal's confirmation of the article's acceptance for publication.

Currently, there are individuals impersonating the Journal on social media, collecting fees for issuing certificates of publication in the Journal.

AIMS - SCOPE

HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN UNIVERSITY JOURNAL OF SCIENCE – ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) is a specialized academic journal, that follows a double-blind peer-review process and open access policy. The Journal strives to enhance its integration and connectivity with both national and international data systems; our primary audiences consists of researchers engaged in the fields within the scope of the Journal.

The Journal serves as a platform for the completed scientific research encompassing areas such as Information Technology, Biology, Construction - Architecture - Mechanics. The Journal actively encourages scientists to present research findings employing novel methodologies, technologies, and techniques. These research outcomes are expected to have a significant impact on local, national, and global scales. Furthermore, the journal welcomes specific research focusing on socio-economic conditions and management mechanisms in areas that have received limited attention.
