Nghiên cứu này phân tích tác động của phong cách lãnh đạo phụng sự đến hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên tuyến đầu, đồng thời xem xét vai trò trung gian của sự tin tưởng vào lãnh đạo và cam kết tổ chức. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập từ 389 nhân viên tuyến đầu của hãng Vietnam Airlines. Kết quả phân tích nhân tố khẳng định (CFA) và mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) cho thấy lãnh đạo phụng sự có ảnh hưởng tích cực trực tiếp đến hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên. Bên cạnh đó, sự tin tưởng vào lãnh đạo và cam kết tổ chức đóng vai trò trung gian quan trọng, củng cố mối quan hệ giữa lãnh đạo phụng sự và hiệu quả công việc. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, các hàm ý quản trị được đề xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên tuyến đầu.
