Ảnh hưởng của lãnh đạo chuyển đổi và trao đổi lãnh đạo-thành viên đến thành công dự án

Nghiên cứu này hướng đến việc kiểm tra tác động trực tiếp của phong cách Lãnh Đạo Chuyển Đổi (LĐCĐ) lên Thành Công Dự Án (TCDA) và tác động trung gian của trao đổi lãnh đạo-thành viên (LMX) trong mối liên hệ này. Nghiên cứu giới hạn các dự án đã hoàn thành trong vòng 05 năm trở lại đây tại các thành phố lớn thuộc các vùng miền khác nhau của Việt Nam. Bằng kỹ thuật PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling) thông qua việc khảo sát 437 người quản lý dự án với phương pháp lấy mẫu quả cầu tuyết, kết quả cho thấy thành công dự án bị ảnh hưởng tích cực bởi lãnh đạo chuyển đổi, và LMX hỗ trợ mối quan hệ giữa lãnh đạo chuyển đổi và thành công dự án. Các phát hiện chỉ ra rằng các tổ chức định hướng dự án khi tuyển dụng nhân sự cho các vị trí quản lý dự án nên ưu tiên về phong cách lãnh đạo chuyển đổi đồng thời cung cấp các chương trình đào tạo về lãnh đạo mang tính chuyển đổi để giúp các nhà quản lý dự án trở nên xuất sắc hơn. Nghiên cứu theo chiều dọc có thể được sử dụng ở các nghiên cứu trong tương lai để hiểu rõ hơn về tác động của những tiền đề này đối với sự thay đổi thành công của dự án theo thời gian.
