Vai trò của sự tha thứ đối với mối quan hệ giữa hành vi khiếm nhã và sự kiệt sức trong học tập của sinh viên

Tóm tắt
Hành vi khiếm nhã dần trở nên nghiêm trọng và gây tác hại lớn với môi trường giáo dục bởi nó có thể gây ra nhiều hệ quả xấu với sức khỏe tinh thần và thành tích học tập. Thông qua lý thuyết bảo toàn nguồn lực (COR), nghiên cứu này đã tiến hành xây dựng và xác minh mức độ tác động của hành vi khiếm nhã đến sự kiệt sức trong học tập của sinh viên, bằng mối quan hệ trực tiếp và thông qua sự tha thứ làm yếu tố trung gian. Phương pháp phân tích từng phần nhỏ nhất bình phương - mô hình cấu trúc (PLS-SEM) đã được sử dụng để phân tích và đánh giá cường độ mối liên hệ liên quan thông qua 265 hồi đáp thu thập được. Kết quả cho thấy hành vi khiếm nhã không có tác động gây ra sự kiệt sức trong học tập, trong khi đó, thông qua sự tha thứ, mối quan hệ này lại được chứng minh là có tồn tại. Phát hiện thú vị này sẽ mang lại những hàm ý cũng như những đề xuất liên quan cho sinh viên và trường đại học.
