Abstract

This study aims to synthesize and evaluate the literature on employee green behavior in the hotel industry through a bibliometric analysis. The Scopus database was used to collect 70 relevant studies, combined with VOSviewer software to analyze and map the scientific landscape. The results show a significant increase in the number of studies on employee green behavior from 2014 to 2024. The research identifies prominent publications, publishers, and authors in this topic. Six main thematic clusters are determined, including green human resource management, ethical leadership, organizational support, green innovation, psychological motivation, and corporate social responsibility. The study also proposes future research directions to further clarify the mechanisms that promote green behavior in the hospitality industry.
