Đầu tư cho phát triển bền vững E-Learning trong giáo dục đại học – Chính sách các quốc gia và bài học kinh nghiệm cho Việt Nam

Tóm tắt
Bài viết này khảo sát cách thức một số quốc gia thành công trong việc tạo lập một môi trường E-Learning phát triển bền vững trong giáo dục đại học. Trên cơ sở đó, hai vấn đề được phân tích là mục tiêu chính sách và nguồn lực huy động. Các bài học kinh nghiệm có thể rút ra cho Việt Nam là (i) Sử dụng lợi thế đi sau để có cách tiếp cận tốt ngay từ đầu trong xác định mục tiêu chính sách phát triển E-Learning và (ii) Có các chính sách phù hợp để thúc đẩy sự năng động của các trường đại học như một nhân tố quan trọng hàng đầu của sự phát triển bền vững E-Learning.
