Ứng dụng mô hình Hedonic để phân tích mức đóng góp của các thuộc tính vào giá tour du ngoạn biển đảo một ngày tại vịnh Nha Trang

Nghiên cứu này sử dụng mô hình định giá Hedonic để điều tra mối liên hệ giữa giá tour và các thuộc tính đi kèm của sản phẩm tour du ngoạn biển đảo 1 ngày. Mẫu quan sát gồm 127 gói giá khác nhau được khảo sát từ 24 nhà điều hành tour du lịch tại thành phố Nha Trang. Kết quả cho thấy rằng, sự chênh lệch về mức giá tour ở đây có thể được giải thích bởi sự khác nhau của 5 đặc điểm ở mỗi sản phẩm tour du lịch. Cụ thể, chất lượng phần cơm trưa, sự có mặt của tour VIP, việc có phục vụ hải sản và dịch vụ lặn biển có tác động tích cực với mức ý nghĩa cao đến giá tour trong khi số lượng điểm đến lại có ảnh hưởng ngược lại lên mức giá. Phân tích cũng chỉ ra rằng chất lượng phần cơm trưa dẫn đầu trong danh sách xếp hạng về tầm quan trọng giữa các mối quan hệ thuộc tính của ước lượng thực nghiệm trong khi sự tích hợp dịch vụ lặn biển có ảnh hưởng cao nhất về chênh lệch các mức giá khi những yếu tố khác không đổi. Kết quả của nghiên cứu này mong đợi sẽ hỗ trợ những nhà quản trị doanh nghiệp ngành du lịch cùng với các nhà hoạch định chính sách trong việc đưa ra những chiến lược cho đầu tư và phát triển ngành.
