Sản xuất hàng loạt theo yêu cầu của khách hàng

Tóm tắt
Với mục tiêu xác định các thành phần và xây dựng thang đo các thành phần tạo nên năng lực MC. Một nghiên cứu định lượng được thực hiện với các nhà quản lý trung và cấp cao của doanh nghiệp thuộc lĩnh vực sản xuất tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và các tỉnh lân cận. Với kết quả hồi đáp 230. Phân tích cấu trúc tuyến tính SEM được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá độ tin cậy, độ giá trị của các thang đo và kiểm định các giả thuyết đã được mô tả trong mô hình nghiên cứu. Kết quả các thành phần modular sản phẩm, tích hợp bên trong, cam kết hợp tác lâu dài và tích hợp nhà cung ứng đóng góp đáng kể vào năng lực MC. Những công ty có mức độ cam kết hợp tác lâu dài và tích hợp cao hơn sẽ có năng lực MC cao hơn. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với các nhà cung ứng chính trực tiếp trong chuỗi cung ứng, cần thêm những nghiên cứu với các doanh nghiệp cung ứng cấp 2, cấp 3 trong chuỗi cung ứng.
