Các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thành công của các dự án hệ thống thông tin ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Ở Việt Nam, công nghệ thông tin phát triển rất nhanh chóng. Ngày nay, hầu như doanh nghiệp, cơ quan nào cũng ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào giải quyết công việc của mình. Câu hỏi đặt ra là các nhân tố nào ảnh hưởng đến sự thành công của các dự án hệ thống thông tin? Bài viết này tập trung nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thành công của dự án hệ thống thông tin (HTTT) tại TP.HCM. Tổng lược lý thuyết và các nghiên cứu trước cho thấy là thành công của dự án có thể bị ảnh hưởng bởi các yếu tố chính như: mục tiêu dự án, năng lực đội dự án, phân tích hệ thống thông tin, xử lý sự cố, thông tin và sự phối hợp, sự quyết định. Bằng số liệu điều tra thực tế với 248 mẫu thu được, kết quả hồi qui cho thấy là các yếu tố trên đều có tác động tích cực lên thành công của dự án. Theo đó, thứ tự tác động đến thành công dự án từ cao xuống thấp là: mục tiêu dự án, năng lực đội dự án, sự quyết định, xử lý sự cố, thông tin và sự phối hợp, phân tích hệ thống thông tin. Nhìn chung, kết quả nghiên cứu là phù hợp với lý thuyết và với các nghiên cứu thực nghiệm trước đó ở các nước. Kiến nghị rút ra là các dự án HTTT muốn thành công thì phải chú ý đến các yếu tố trên.
