Kiều hối và tham nhũng: nghiên cứu thực nghiệm tại các quốc gia Châu Á Thái Bình Dương

Bài viết này sử dụng dữ liệu tại 29 quốc gia khu vực châu Á Thái Bình Dương trong giai đoạn 2002 – 2013 để kiểm tra tác động của kiều hối đến tình trạng tham nhũng của các quốc gia nhận kiều hối. Thông qua ước lượng dữ liệu bảng bằng mô hình GMM, chúng tôi phát hiện thấy rằng kiều hối làm trầm trọng thêm tình trạng tham nhũng của quốc gia nhận kiều hối, đồng thời tác động này mạnh hơn trong giai đoạn có khủng hoảng kinh tế.
