Trong bối cảnh Luật Công nghiệp công nghệ số 2025 đặt ra yêu cầu pháp lý mới về nhận diện AI, các thương hiệu tại Việt Nam phải đối mặt với “nghịch lý công nghệ”: làm sao để minh bạch nguồn gốc nhân tạo mà không làm xói mòn niềm tin của người tiêu dùng. Nghiên cứu này nhằm giải mã vai trò điều tiết của Sự minh bạch về việc sử dụng Trí tuệ nhân tạo với cơ chế hình thành Độ tin cậy quảng cáo trên nền tảng thương mại điện tử xã hội. Dữ liệu khảo sát từ 381 người tiêu dùng Việt Nam được phân tích thông qua mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (PLS-SEM). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy Cảm nhận năng lực và Cảm nhận tính xác thực là hai tiền tố giúp thúc đẩy niềm tin. Quan trọng hơn, Sự minh bạch được chứng minh không phải là rào cản, mà đóng vai trò là chất xúc tác tích cực, đóng vai trò điều tiết tác động của tính xác thực và năng lực lên Độ tin cậy quảng cáo. Những phát hiện này cung cấp bằng chứng thực nghiệm, khẳng định việc công khai nhãn dán AI hoạt động như một tín hiệu trung thực, giúp doanh nghiệp tuân thủ pháp luật và củng cố vị thế thương hiệu trong bối cảnh quảng cáo trên nền thương mại điện tử xã hội.
