Lợi ích tinh thần cảm nhận khi mua hàng trực tuyến

Tóm tắt
Thị trường thương mại điện tử tại Việt Nam đang phát triển một cách nhanh chóng trong thời gian gần đây. Hiểu được lợi ích mà khách hàng cảm nhận sẽ mang lại lợi thế cho các doanh nghiệp. Nghiên cứu này phát triển và xác nhận thang đo để đo lường lợi ích tinh thần cảm nhận của khách hàng khi họ mua hàng trên các trang thương mại điện tử tại Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu dựa trên các lý thuyết về hành vi dự định, lý thuyết sự tự quyết, mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ, thuyết học tập và kiến tạo, học thuyết riêng tư và lý thuyết hiệu ứng truyền thông thuyết phục. Phương pháp nghiên cứu hỗn hợp được áp dụng với phương pháp định tính (khảo sát chuyên gia, thảo luận nhóm) và phương pháp định lượng (khảo sát bằng bảng câu hỏi với 917 đáp viên). Kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra lợi ích tinh thần cảm nhận được xem như một khái niệm bậc hai gồm năm khía cạnh (cảm nhận mua sắm thú vị, cảm nhận tương tác xã hội, cảm nhận kín đáo, cảm nhận kiểm soát và cảm nhận an tâm) với 23 biến quan sát. Trên cơ sở khảo sát các đối tượng có sự hiểu biết và sử dụng thương mại điện tử, kết quả phân tích cho thấy thang đo này đảm bảo tính hữu hiệu, độ tin cậy, tính đơn hướng và giá trị hội tụ. Những hàm ý quản trị cũng như đề xuất cho nghiên cứu trong tương lai cũng được thảo luận trong bài.
