Tổng quan nghiên cứu về quản trị tri thức khách hàng

Tóm tắt
Trong thời đại thông tin hiện nay, khái niệm về quản trị tri thức khách hàng đã và đang được chú ý như một trong những chiến lược tiềm năng và được khai thác triệt để nhằm nâng cao lợi thế cạnh tranh cho doanh nghiệp. Qua việc lược khảo tài liệu từ 146 bài viết học thuật, bài viết hệ thống các khái niệm, phân loại và liệt kê một số hướng nghiên cứu chủ yếu liên quan đến Quản Trị Tri Thức Khách hàng. Kết quả của nghiên cứu sẽ là cơ sở để đề xuất một số khía cạnh nghiên cứu khoa học liên quan nhằm góp phần nâng cao vai trò của quản trị tri thức khách hàng trong tương lai.
