Mối quan hệ giữa marketing số và marketing xanh: Phân tích thư mục nhằm khám phá xu hướng nghiên cứu hiện nay

Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của chuyển đổi số cùng xu hướng tiêu dùng xanh đặt ra nhu cầu cấp thiết về một khung tri thức tổng hợp cho mối quan hệ giữa marketing số và marketing xanh. Nghiên cứu này nhằm hệ thống hóa và trực quan hóa mạng lưới tri thức của lĩnh vực thông qua phương pháp kết nối thư mục và đồng xuất hiện từ khóa. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ cơ sở dữ liệu Web of Science, gồm 83 bài báo công bố gần đây. Kết quả cho thấy 78 tài liệu có mối liên kết chặt chẽ, được chia thành bảy cụm chủ đề, phản ánh ba xu hướng chính: (1) sự hội tụ giữa marketing số và phát triển bền vững; (2) mở rộng sang thương hiệu, trách nhiệm xã hội và gắn kết khách hàng trên nền tảng số; (3) ứng dụng công nghệ và mở rộng bối cảnh nghiên cứu. Phân tích đồng xuất hiện từ khóa củng cố các xu hướng này, đồng thời chỉ ra khoảng trống trong mối liên kết giữa marketing số, marketing xanh và hành vi tiêu dùng bền vững. Nghiên cứu đóng góp bằng việc cung cấp bản đồ tri thức toàn diện của lĩnh vực, giúp định hướng nghiên cứu tương lai và mang lại hàm ý thực tiễn cho doanh nghiệp, học giả và nhà hoạch định chính sách trong phát triển chiến lược marketing xanh trên nền tảng số.
