Bài viết đánh giá tác động của rủi ro biến đổi khí hậu đến hiệu quả hoạt động của các doanh nghiệp nông nghiệp Việt Nam, đồng thời phân tích vai trò điều tiết của tỷ lệ dự trữ tiền mặt đối với tác động này. Dữ liệu được thu nhập từ 42 doanh nghiệp nông nghiệp trên các sở HOSE, HNX và sàn UPCOM. Các phương pháp ước lượng Pooled OLS, FEM, REM và FGLS được sử dụng để đảm bảo độ tin cậy của kết quả thực nghiệm. ROA và ROE là hai thước đo đại diện cho hiệu quả hoạt động doanh nghiệp, trong khi đó, rủi ro biến đổi khí hậu được đo lường bằng chỉ số bất định chính sách biến đổi khí hậu (CPU). Kết quả cho thấy rủi ro biến đổi khí hậu có tác động tiêu cực đến hiệu quả hoạt động, tuy nhiên tỷ lệ dự trữ tiền mặt cao giúp doanh nghiệp giảm thiểu tác động tiêu cực này. Công trình nghiên cứu này góp phần làm rõ vai trò của quản trị rủi ro biến đổi khí hậu trong việc tăng cường khả năng thích ứng và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp nông nghiệp Việt Nam trong bối cảnh rủi ro biến đổi khí hậu toàn cầu gia tăng
