Kinh tế số thúc đẩy mạnh mẽ mua sắm trực tuyến xuyên biên giới, đặc biệt với người tiêu dùng Việt Nam tìm kiếm sản phẩm từ Hoa Kỳ và Trung Quốc. Nghiên cứu này phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi mua hàng xuyên biên giới với hàng hóa từ Hoa Kỳ (nghiên cứu 1) và Trung Quốc (nghiên cứu 2), dựa trên lý thuyết bản sắc xã hội, mô hình SOR và hệ thống thông tin thành công (ISS). Mô hình gồm 10 khái niệm, 15 giả thuyết, được kiểm định bằng PLS-SEM với dữ liệu từ 1,044 và 1,017 người tiêu dùng. Kết quả cho thấy các yếu tố như thiện cảm, chủ nghĩa dân tộc, chất lượng dịch vụ, hệ thống và thông tin ảnh hưởng lớn đến niềm tin và đánh giá sản phẩm, trong khi tính độc đáo và giá trị cạnh tranh cũng tác động tích cực. Kết quả góp phần định hướng chiến lược marketing và hiểu rõ hơn hành vi người tiêu dùng Việt Nam.Tải xuống
