Nghiên cứu tập trung đi sâu vào chủ nghĩa xảo quyệt Machiavellianism nhằm xem xét nhận thức của cá nhân theo chủ nghĩa xảo quyệt về lòng tham doanh nghiệp tác động tới hành vi trả thù sau sự cố dịch vụ Phẫu Thuật Thẩm Mỹ (PTTM). Nghiên cứu định lượng được thực hiện với mẫu gồm 617 khách hàng từ các doanh nghiệp cung cấp dịch vụ PTTM trên địa bàn các thành phố lớn tại Hà Nội, sau đó, dữ liệu được đưa vào phần mềm SPSS 27 và SmartPLS 4.0 để xử lý. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đã chứng minh rằng những cá nhân theo chủ nghĩa xảo quyệt có xu hướng xuất hiện cảm xúc tiêu cực khi gặp sự cố PTTM, và cảm xúc tiêu cực có mối quan hệ tích cực với mong muốn trả thù. Đồng thời, lòng tham cảm nhận và sự tái hiện giận dữ tác động tích cực đến mối quan hệ khách hàng - cảm xúc tiêu cực - mong muốn trả thù. Nghiên cứu đóng góp vào lĩnh vực hành vi khách hàng bằng cách mở rộng lý thuyết về phản ứng tiêu cực sau sự cố dịch vụ. Từ đó, các hàm ý chính sách nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ PTTM và tối ưu hoá giải pháp, quy trình giải quyết các vấn đề khi phát sinh sự cố dịch vụ với nhóm khách hàng theo chủ nghĩa xảo quyệt được đưa ra.Tải xuống
