Khuynh hướng nghiên cứu thương mại xuyên biên giới từ góc độ phân tích trắc lượng thư mục

Tóm tắt
Nền kinh tế số đã thu hẹp khoảng cách giữa các quốc gia, giúp việc mua sắm trực tuyến trở nên đơn giản và dễ dàng hơn bao giờ hết. Xu hướng thương mại xuyên biên giới đã bùng nổ ở nhiều quốc gia, bao gồm cả Việt Nam. Xu hướng mua sắm xuyên biên giới đang phát triển mạnh mẽ, cho phép người tiêu dùng thỏa sức lựa chọn hàng hóa đa dạng từ khắp nơi trên thế giới. Chính sự tiện lợi và vô vàn sự lựa chọn này đã khiến thương mại điện tử xuyên biên giới trở thành tâm điểm chú ý của các nhà nghiên cứu. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích phân tích toàn diện các công trình học thuật liên quan đến lĩnh vực thương mại xuyên biên giới. Thông qua việc khám phá chi tiết các quan điểm nghiên cứu hiện tại, nghiên cứu không chỉ cung cấp bức tranh tổng thể về tình hình nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực này mà còn gợi ý các xu hướng nghiên cứu mới và tiềm năng cho tương lai. Phương pháp trắc lượng thư mục được thực hiện trong nghiên cứu này, với 394 bài báo về “cross-border e-commerce” được trích xuất từ cơ sở dữ liệu Web of Science cập nhật đến tháng 07 năm 2024. Nghiên cứu đã khám phá ra 07 nhóm chủ đề chính mà các nhà khoa học quan tâm. Ngoài ra, nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng, chủ đề này trong tương lai sẽ tập trung vào việc khai thác tiềm năng của công nghệ số để tối ưu hóa chuỗi cung ứng và dự báo xu hướng tiêu dùng trong thương mại quốc tế.
