Tóm tắt
Bài nghiên cứu tập trung phân tích ảnh hưởng của việc hấp thụ kiến thức kỹ thuật số đối với tính bền vững của các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa (SMEs) trong ngành sản xuất của Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu kế thừa nền tảng lý thuyết về khả năng hấp thụ tri thức (Cohen & Levinthal, 1990) kết hợp với quan điểm về phát triển bền vững (Dyllick & Hockerts, 2002). Thông qua khảo sát 377 SMEs sản xuất tại Việt Nam và ứng dụng kỹ thuật phân tích phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM), kết quả chỉ ra mối tương quan thuận chiều giữa khả năng hấp thụ tri thức số và sự phát triển bền vững của doanh nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, phân tích không tìm thấy tác động điều tiết của yếu tố lãnh đạo số trong mối quan hệ này. Những phát hiện từ nghiên cứu không chỉ làm sáng tỏ tầm quan trọng của việc nâng cao khả năng hấp thụ kiến thức kỹ thuật số, mà còn đề xuất các giải pháp thiết thực giúp các SMEs sản xuất tại Việt Nam phát triển bền vững.
