Nghiên cứu về ý định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số: Bằng chứng thực nghiệm tại Việt Nam

Mục đích của nghiên cứu là đánh giá tác động của Sự hiểu biết về khởi nghiệp, Năng lực và Trải nghiệm công nghệ số đến ý định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số ở Việt Nam. Dựa trên lý thuyết hành vi có kế hoạch (Theory of Planned Behavior - TPB), nhóm tác giả thực hiện phân tích dữ liệu của 1,243 học viên sau đại học bằng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương tối thiểu riêng phần (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling - PLS-SEM). Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng hai thành phần của TPB đều có tác động tích cực đến ý định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số. Bên cạnh đó, Năng lực công nghệ số và Kiến thức về khởi nghiệp cũng tác động trực tiếp đến ý định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số. Ngược lại, Trải nghiệm công nghệ và Sự hiểu biết về khởi nghiệp công nghệ số không ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số. Kết quả cũng chứng minh vai trò trung gian của các yếu tố thuộc về TPB. Dựa vào đó, nhóm tác giả đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị nhằm thúc đẩy tinh thần khởi nghiệp tại Việt Nam.Tải xuống
