Nghiên cứu này nhằm khám phá và đánh giá mối quan hệ giữa MTE, WoM và mối liên hệ RI của du khách sau khi tham gia du lịch y tế tại Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh (TP.HCM). Nghiên cứu tập trung vào việc phân tích những yếu tố chính ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của du khách, cách truyền miệng được hình thành và phát triển qua các giai đoạn khác nhau của trải nghiệm du lịch y tế và yếu tố nào thúc đẩy ý định quay trở lại cũng như giới thiệu điểm đến cho người khác. Sử dụng phương pháp định tính, thu thập dữ liệu từ các cuộc phỏng vấn sâu với 20 du khách đa dạng độ tuổi, giới tính, quốc tịch đã trải nghiệm du lịch y tế tại TP.HCM. Nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng trải nghiệm du lịch y tế tích cực không chỉ tác động trực tiếp đến ý định quay trở lại của du khách mà còn tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc lan tỏa truyền miệng tích cực. Các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ y tế tại TP.HCM cần duy trì và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ, tập trung vào trải nghiệm văn hóa và chăm sóc sau điều trị để không chỉ thu hút mà còn giữ chân du khách trong dài hạn.Tải xuống
