Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này khám phá cơ chế tác động của việc trải nghiệm hành vi khiếm nhã của nhân viên tuyến đầu trong ngành hàng không đối với trạng thái xa lánh công việc của họ. Mặc dù rất nhiều hệ quả liên quan đến công việc của nhân viên khi trải nghiệm hành vi khiếm nhã đã được điều tra, tuy nhiên rất ít nghiên cứu đã kiểm tra tác động của hành vi khiếm nhã đối với trạng thái xa lánh trong công việc của nhân viên và cơ chế nền tảng của mối quan hệ này. Với mẫu số liệu thu thập được từ nhân viên check-in tại sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất, phương pháp bình phương nhỏ nhất bán phần (PLS-SEM) được sử dụng để phân tích dữ liệu. Kết quả cho thấy hành vi khiếm nhã từ giám sát viên ảnh hưởng trực tiếp và gián tiếp đến sự xa lánh công việc thông qua cam kết tình cảm, trong khi hành vi khiếm nhã từ hành khách không ảnh hưởng. Nghiên cứu đề xuất các biện pháp giảm thiểu tác động tiêu cực của hành vi khiếm nhã đối với nhân viên tuyến đầu.
