Mối quan hệ giữa học tập khởi nghiệp và năng lực khởi nghiệp: Vai trò trung gian của vốn tâm lý

Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu nhằm tìm hiểu mối quan hệ giữa học tập khởi nghiệp, vốn tâm lý và năng lực khởi nghiệp của các nhà khởi nghiệp tại Việt Nam. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập thông qua hoạt động phỏng vấn 471 nhà khởi nghiệp đang thực hiện các dự án kinh doanh của mình. Mối quan hệ giữa các khái niệm được ước lượng bằng phương pháp mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM). Vốn tâm lý và năng lực khởi nghiệp là các cấu trúc bậc cao nên nghiên cứu áp dụng kỹ thuật hai giai đoạn khi đánh giá các mô hình bậc cao này. Theo kết quả thu được, học tập khởi nghiệp có tác động tích cực đến vốn tâm lý và năng lực khởi nghiệp. Tác động tích cực có ý nghĩa thống kê của vốn tâm lý đến năng lực khởi nghiệp cũng đã được tìm thấy. Ngoài ra, vốn tâm lý cũng thể hiện vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa học tập khởi nghiệp và năng lực khởi nghiệp. Cuối cùng, nghiên cứu đã đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao năng lực khởi nghiệp của các nhà khởi nghiệp.
