Sáng tạo của viên chức tại các trường đại học công lập Việt Nam: Vai trò lãnh đạo trao quyền, gắn kết công việc, chia sẻ tri thức và hành vi làm việc tự chủ

Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này khám phá mối quan hệ giữa lãnh đạo trao quyền (EL), gắn kết công việc (WE), chia sẻ kiến thức (KS), hành vi làm việc tự chủ (AB) đến sự sáng tạo (EC) dưới tác nhân cảm nhận sự hỗ trợ từ tổ chức (POS) của viên chức các trường đại học công lập Việt Nam (VPU). Sử dụng phương pháp định lượng CFA/SEM, mẫu chọn theo kỹ thuật phân tầng. Kết quả cho thấy EL và EC có tác động tích cực đến WE, KS, AB. Tương tự WE, KS và AB quan hệ thuận chiều với EC. WE, KS, AB vai trò trung gian tác động đến EL lên EC, và POS có ý nghĩa điều tiết giữa WE, KS, AB và EC. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị vai trò của EL trong việc dẫn dắt các hành vi WE, KS, AB đóng góp vào sự sáng tạo của viên chức tại VPU. Ngoài ra, giúp nhận thức về tầm quan trọng của EL trong bối cảnh rất cần sự sáng tạo, đổi mới của viên chức để nâng cao hiệu suất và năng lực chuyển giao tri thức của các trường đại học.
