Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích lấp đầy khoảng trống này bằng cách cung cấp đánh giá thư mục về nghiên cứu tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân được công bố trên cơ sở dữ liệu Web of Science. Một cuộc đánh giá tài liệu trắc lượng thư mục (bibliometric) đã được tiến hành đối với các bài báo được xuất bản trong cơ sở dữ liệu Web of Science để lập bản đồ lĩnh vực nghiên cứu về tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân. Kỹ thuật kết nối thư mục (bibliographic coupling) đã được sử dụng để tiến hành phân tích dữ liệu. Kết quả của nghiên cứu đề cập đến các chủ đề và lĩnh vực nghiên cứu quan trọng được tập trung bởi các nhà nghiên cứu về tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân, đồng thời làm sáng tỏ các hướng nghiên cứu quan trọng hiện có và xu hướng nghiên cứu tương lai trong lĩnh vực tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân. Các xu hướng cần được nghiên cứu và thảo luận trong tương lai bao gồm nghiên cứu các yếu tố mới của tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân; tăng khả năng cạnh tranh toàn cầu của công ty thông qua chiến lược tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân; nghiên cứu tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân trong bối cảnh thị trường các nước đang phát triển; nghiên cứu mối quan hệ của tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân và phản ứng của người tiêu dùng; nghiên cứu vai trò của yếu tố văn hoá trong tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân; nghiên cứu mối quan hệ của tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân và bán lẻ trực tuyến. Nghiên cứu này là một nghiên cứu sớm khám phá tính học thuật của tiếp thị liên quan đến nguyên nhân bằng cách sử dụng kỹ thuật phân tích thư mục.
