Cơ chế tác động lòng trắc ẩn lên ý định khởi sự kinh doanh xã hội: Trường hợp đối tượng sinh viên ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu khám phá cơ chế tác động của lòng trắc ẩn đồng thời kết hợp hai mô hình nghiên cứu lý thuyết nghề nghiệp nhận thức xã hội (SCCT) và lý thuyết hành vi dự định (TPB) vào thực nghiệm để khám phá ý định khởi sự kinh doanh xã hội của sinh viên. Việc thu thập dữ liệu khảo sát có sự tham gia của 339 sinh viên trong độ tuổi từ 18 đến 25, cư trú tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Để đánh giá sự phù hợp với mô hình đề xuất, phần mềm Smart PLS 4.0 đã được sử dụng. Nghiên cứu cũng điều tra vai trò điều tiết của phần thưởng bên ngoài và khả năng kết nối. Qua phân tích kết quả nghiên cứu, đã xác định được mối quan hệ trực tiếp và gián tiếp giữa yếu tố lòng trắc ẩn và ý định khởi nghiệp kinh doanh xã hội. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu nêu bật vai trò trung gian, điều tiết của các nhân tố tham gia vào mối quan hệ này khi tác động đến việc hình thành ý định khởi nghiệp xã hội. Nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng các doanh nghiệp và chính phủ phải hiểu được tầm quan trọng của những yếu tố hình thành ý định khởi sự kinh doanh xã hội trong nền kinh tế hiện nay. Sự hiểu biết này sẽ giúp họ xây dựng chiến lược thúc đẩy doanh nghiệp xã hội trong nước, hướng tới sự phát triển bền vững và toàn diện hơn trong tương lai.
