Nghiên cứu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ của thế hệ Z

Tóm tắt
Hiệu quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ là yếu tố quan trọng để thúc đẩy quản trị công việc hiệu quả. Trong đó, thế hệ Z đang dần trở nên quan trọng trong việc nghiên cứu hành vi trong tổ chức. Nghiên cứu này tìm hiểu và xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ của nhân viên thế hệ Z. Nghiên cứu sử dụng dữ liệu thu được từ 257 bảng khảo sát hợp lệ, thu thập tại các doanh nghiệp ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh thông qua phương pháp phi xác suất. Sau khi kiểm định bằng kĩ thuật PLS-SEM, kết quả cho thấy sự tự chủ, sự hạnh phúc và sự hỗ trợ từ tổ chức có tác động tích cực đối với hiệu quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ. Phát hiện của nghiên cứu là cơ sở đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị nhằm thúc đẩy hiệu quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ của Gen Z làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp.
