Ảnh hưởng của căng thẳng, kiệt sức, xung đột vai trò công việc và gia đình, đến ý định nghỉ việc tại công ty Điện lực Long An

Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định, đo lường và kiểm định mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố sự căng thẳng, tình trạng kiệt sức, xung đột giữa công việc và gia đình, giảm thành tích ảnh hưởng đến Ý Định Nghỉ Việc (YDNV) của Nhân Viên (NV) công ty Điện Lực Long An (ĐLLA) có xem xét đến vai trò điều tiết của Hỗ trợ của giám sát. Dựa trên dữ liệu thu thập từ 462 NV đang làm việc tại ĐLLA, nghiên cứu sử dụng các phương pháp phân tích số liệu bằng kỹ thuật thống kê mô tả, hệ số tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA và CFA. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy YDNV có mối liên hệ đến các yếu tố sự căng thẳng, tình trạng kiệt sức, xung đột giữa công việc và gia đình ảnh hưởng, bên cạnh đó cũng có vai trò điều tiết của Hỗ trợ của giám sát lên mối quan hệ giữa các yếu tố (tình trạng kiệt sức, xung đột giữa công việc và gia đình, căng thẳng, giảm thành tích) và YDNV. Kết quả nghiên cứu mang lại một số ý nghĩa thực tiễn giúp cho các nhà quản trị tại ĐLLA cải thiện cách quản lý, phân bổ công việc hợp lý, cải thiện điều kiện làm việc, hỗ trợ giám sát kịp thời nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc và giữ chân NV tại nơi làm việc.
