Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu nhằm nhận diện các khía cạnh của tính linh hoạt chuỗi cung ứng có ảnh hưởng lên hiệu quả doanh nghiệp may tại Việt Nam. Tổng quan lý thuyết và phỏng vấn sâu bảy chuyên gia trong ngành dựa theo Creswell và Creswell (2018) và nghiên cứu hai doanh nghiệp may điển hình dựa theo Yin (2014). Kết quả đúc kết được sáu khía cạnh chính của tính linh hoạt chuỗi cung ứng giúp cải thiện hiệu quả doanh nghiệp may tại Việt Nam: tính linh hoạt phát triển sản phẩm, tính linh hoạt của nhà cung cấp, tính linh hoạt nguồn cung ứng, tính linh hoạt sản xuất, tính linh hoạt phân phối và tính linh hoạt hệ thống thông tin. Theo đó, doanh nghiệp nên chú trọng xây dựng và khai thác tính linh hoạt chuỗi cung ứng để nhanh chóng thích nghi các biến động từ môi trường kinh doanh toàn cầu, hạn chế tối đa sự gián đoạn trong quá trình sản xuất và phân phối. Nhìn chung, các doanh nghiệp may mặc và hiệp hội dệt may Việt Nam nên tham khảo kết quả nghiên cứu này để có chiến lược phù hợp nhằm cải thiện tính linh hoạt chuỗi cung ứng và nâng cao lợi thế cạnh tranh trong ngành và giữa các ngành trong bối cảnh hiện nay.
