Tóm tắt
Mục đích của nghiên cứu này nhằm kiểm tra sự tác động của yếu tố giáo dục khởi nghiệp và niềm tin vào năng lực bản thân đến ý định khởi nghiệp thông qua tư duy khởi nghiệp và thái độ khởi nghiệp của sinh viên ngành du lịch tại Thành phố Đà Lạt. Nghiên cứu tập trung vào năm (05) nhân tố với tám (08) giả thuyết, ứng dụng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (PLS-SEM) để kiểm tra mối quan hệ giữa các nhân tố. Phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu sơ cấp được thực hiện thông qua việc điều tra khảo sát sinh viên ngành du lịch tại hai trường đại học trên địa bàn Thành phố Đà Lạt bằng hình thức trực tuyến, kết quả thu về 216 phiếu hợp lệ. Sau khi xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu bằng phần mềm Smart PLS 3.0, kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy sáu giả thuyết được chấp nhận. Điều này khẳng định rằng ý định khởi nghiệp của sinh viên ngành du lịch chịu sự tác động của niềm tin vào năng lực bản thân, thái độ khởi nghiệp và tư duy khởi nghiệp. Yếu tố thái độ khởi nghiệp cũng là trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa niềm tin vào năng lực bản thân và ý định khởi nghiệp.
