Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu xem xét về tác động của cạnh tranh ngành đến Hiệu Quả Hoạt Động (HQHĐ) của Doanh Nghiệp (DN) niêm yết trên Thị Trường Chứng Khoán (TTCK) Việt Nam. Dựa vào dữ liệu từ 560 Công Ty Niêm Yết (CTNY) từ năm 2011 đến 2019 trên sàn HOSE và HNX. Tác giả sử dụng bằng phương pháp ước lượng tổng quát hóa hệ thống thời điểm System Generalized Method of Moments (SGMM). Sau đó tiến hành phân nhóm các DN có mức độ Cạnh Tranh Ngành (CTN) cao và thấp về mối tương quan giữa CTN và HQHĐ của DN. HQHĐ của DN được đo lường thông qua khả năng sinh lời trên tài sản (ROA), khả năng sinh lời trên vốn chủ sở hữu (ROE), chỉ số TobinQ (TobinQ). Kết quả cho thấy CTN có quan hệ với HQHĐ của DN.
