Đóng góp của phụ nữ nông thôn vào phát triển kinh tế xã hội: Điển cứu tại huyện Châu Phú, tỉnh An Giang, Việt Nam

Tóm tắt
Mục đích của nghiên cứu nhằm lượng hóa mức độ đóng góp của phụ nữ vào phát triển kinh tế - xã hội tại huyện Châu Phú - tỉnh An Giang. Sự đóng góp được đại diện bằng tổng thời gian tham gia các hoạt động kinh tế có thu nhập và các hoạt động không thu nhập, được qui đổi thành tiền. Nghiên cứu áp dụng khung phân tích quyền năng kinh tế phụ nữ trên khía cạnh tham gia, kết quả đạt được, và quyền hạn quyết định các vấn đề khác nhau trong hộ gia đình. Số liệu được thu thập từ khảo sát 147 phụ nữ tại 03 khu vực thuộc huyện vào tháng 10 năm 2020. Hệ số tương quan Pearson (r) được sử dụng để xem xét mối quan hệ giữa đóng góp phát triển kinh tế xã hội với một số đặc điểm chọn lọc của phụ nữ. Các chỉ số tham gia các hoạt động kinh tế, hoạt động xã hội, quyền hạn quyết định trong gia đình, và lợi ích đạt được nêu bật hiện trạng của tiến trình nâng cao quyền năng kinh tế của phụ nữ. Nghiên cứu đã cho thấy nhiều giờ làm việc không được trả lương, tiền công lao động thấp, hiệu quả việc làm không cao, tổng thời gian làm việc trong ngày 9.30 giờ, và mức đóng góp tính được gần bằng 90 triệu đồng/năm.
