Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm làm sáng tỏ mối quan hệ giữa cảm nhận sự hỗ trợ từ tổ chức, cảm nhận sự hỗ trợ từ đồng nghiệp, sự hài lòng trong công việc đến hành vi hỗ trợ sinh thái. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 211 nhân viên văn phòng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh cho thấy cảm nhận sự hỗ trợ từ tổ chức và cảm nhận sự hỗ trợ từ đồng nghiệp có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến hành vi hỗ trợ sinh thái. Bên cạnh đó, sự hài lòng trong công việc đóng vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa cảm nhận sự hỗ trợ từ tổ chức và từ đồng nghiệp với hành vi hỗ trợ sinh thái. Hàm ý lý thuyết và thực tiễn sẽ được thảo luận dựa trên các kết quả nghiên cứu.
