Phân tích chi phí bị vượt trong các dự án cao ốc và chung cư cao tầng

Tóm tắt
Vượt chi phí là bài bài toán muôn thuở của các dự án xây dựng, xảy ra ở khắp nơi trên thế giới. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến vượt chi phí trong các dự án xây dựng. Phần trăm tác động đến chi phí do các nhân tố gây nên cũng được xác định thông qua thống kê. Các nhân tố này được nhóm thành các nhóm tác động và xếp hạng để xác định các yếu tố có ảnh hưởng cao giúp các bên liên quan có một cơ sở để ra những quyết định liên quan đến chi phí.
