Ảnh hưởng của đặc điểm tổng giám đốc điều hành đến hiệu quả hoạt động doanh nghiệp

Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục đích đo lường tác động của đặc điểm Tổng giám đốc điều hành (Chief Executive Officer - CEO) đến hiệu quả hoạt động công ty ở Việt Nam. Dựa trên mẫu dữ liệu gồm 120 công ty niêm yết trên HOSE giai đoạn 2009-2015, tổng cộng 840 số quan sát, kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tác động của độ tuổi và tỷ lệ sở hữu vốn của CEO đến hiệu quả hoạt động công ty là phi tuyến. Ngoài ra, những công ty có CEO kiêm nhiệm chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị (HĐQT) sẽ có hiệu quả tốt hơn so với các công ty không duy trì cấu trúc này.
