Entrepreneurship has emerged as an inevitable development trend, playing a pivotal role in fostering economic growth, innovation, and addressing employment challenges, particularly in Da Nang City. This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurship education on students’ entrepreneurial intention in Da Nang, with a specific focus on the moderating role of entrepreneurial attitude. Using a non-probability convenience sampling method, data were collected from 510 students across four academic years. The Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling analysis reveals that entrepreneurship education has a significant and positive impact on both entrepreneurial attitude and intention. Moreover, an entrepreneurial mindset is found to influence entrepreneurial intention positively. Notably, the findings indicate that entrepreneurship education exerts a more substantial impact on entrepreneurial attitude than directly on intention, diverging from some prior studies. Policy implications suggest that policymakers should prioritize the development of a supportive entrepreneurship ecosystem through enhanced education, financial and legal support mechanisms, and awareness campaigns to encourage students to consider entrepreneurship as a viable career option.
