Publication Policy

When the final submitted manuscripts have passed the editing process and got the final confirmation from the author, the manuscript will continue through the publication process. During this period, the author will no longer have the right to withdraw or make any changes to their submission.

The final decision of the manuscript will be notified to the authors by email. Publishing with HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN UNIVERSITY, all articles will be approved and scheduled by the Editor-in-Chief, regarding to the estimated online/printed version, volume, issue, order on the table of content. This information could be changed due to some unexpected reasons.

The allowance time for this process is 10 days (since the day that the final draft is completed).

The articles will be published online right after approval for publication. The corresponding authors will be informed by email about the estimated online/printed publication date. The published articles will be available on the Journal’s website, either printed, or online version, or both. However, these two versions may not appear at the same time..The right to decide the form of publication belong to the Journal.
