Who this applies to
The new framework governs all publishing activities of the Journal. We kindly ask that:
- Authors review the policies on submission, authorship, copyright, AI governance, and research data before submitting a manuscript;
- Reviewers follow the reviewer guidelines and ethical responsibilities, including the requirements on conflicts of interest and confidentiality;
- Editors conduct editorial workflows in accordance with the editorial independence and governance policy;
- Readers consult the open access, copyright, and licensing policies when using, sharing, or citing works published by the Journal.
