Ho Chi Minh City Open University Journal of Science (HCMCOUJS) adopts a Continuous Online Publication model combined with Issue-based Publication, ensuring the timely dissemination of accepted research while maintaining the regular volume and issue structure of each specialized journal.
Accepted manuscripts are published online as soon as they are ready, after completing the full editorial workflow — double-anonymous peer review, copyediting, production, and final approval by the Editor-in-Chief. Authors are not required to wait for an entire issue to be completed before their article appears. Submissions are accepted and articles are published throughout the year under this continuous publication model.
At the close of each issue, all articles published online during the corresponding period are compiled into the official issue, with pagination, table of contents, and final bibliographic information completed. The release schedule of each specialized journal is listed below.
